So Tuesdays I have figured are sometimes a really hard day for me to blog, so sorry for having multiple days 2 posts in a row.

I am pretty happy with my weight loss over the last 2 adys.  I had done 2 days of PV on the weekend and didn't intend on having any Vegetables on Day 35 but I had a work lunch and I didn't want to seem crazy to people only eating a piece of chicken breast when salad was available too.  So I have technically have 4 PV days in a row.  I lost quite a bit of weight doing that.  I think I am going to go off and next weekend and start next week the same way to see if the vegetables really help with my weight loss.  I feel so much more satisfied when they are in my diet.

I am going to have a PP day today, following with a PV day tomorrow, then another PP day on Friday and then have my double PV days for the weekend.  I think I will start next week the same way, where I have a light vegetable serving on the Monday, maybe a salad with lunch or dinner, then follow it with a PP day.  I really want to find my best method for incorporating PV days.  I think that is what I am most looking forward to about the stabilization phase(aside from being at my goal weight) is you can eat unlimited PV everyday.  I feel guilty eating a PV day, but they really are magical compared to the PP days.

I am really shitting the bed when it comes to my exercise attempts.  I am sure I would be into the 130's right now if I was exercising on a daily basis, or at least doing something.  My boyfriend has baseball practice tonight and I just might try to take that opportunity to get back into the gym.  Not that he holds me back from it, it is just a lot harder when he's here to get the motivation to go.  Usually once I get back in, I like it, and I can go more and more, but I just cannot seem to find that UMPH to go for one day.  It doesn't help that I am continually losing weight NOT going.

Yesterday I hit a pretty big milestone with my clothing.  This time last year, I was around 148lbs.  I had bought a pair of pants from Ricki's, they were on clearance for $20 and I adored the fabric, a nice grey/black mix.  They were a size 8, where I was currently a size 10, and I was working out a lot at the moment so I thought i'd buy them to work my way into them.  Well needless to say, over the course of the following months my weight went up and not down.  A recent closet clean out I found these pants and kept them in mind(tags still on and everything).  Yesterday I put on my one go-to pair of gray pants, and I really just looked silly in them.   They are completely falling off of me, and I have the saggiest ass you have ever seen in them, so I thought "I should try those gray pants".  Needless to say, they slipped right on, and they are not even remotely tight.  It was seriously a pretty big milestone, it tells me in a couple more pounds I am going to be a size 6...like a real life size 6.  That has NEVER been a number in my reality.

I am really feeling great, and couldn't be happier with the way this diet is working out.
