Something New

So this morning, as with most Tuesday mornings, I was in a rush to leave the house and didn't weigh myself.  However, today I feel lighter than yesterday and overall, am getting significantly skinnier.  I am almost out of pants to wear that don't look silly & really am feeling fantastic.

I thought I'd do something a little different, since I don't have a weigh-in to discuss and I just wanted to break down my weekly weight losses.  I never actually have monitored how much I have lost each week, so got the urge to do so.

Week 1(Day 1-7):      7.2lbs
Week 2(Day 8-14):    2.8lbs
Week 3(Day 15-21):  3.4lbs
Week 4(Day 22-28):  1.4lbs
Week 5(Day 29-35):  3.0lbs
Week 6(Day 36-42):  3.0lbs
Week 7(Day 43-yesterday):  1.8lbs   I am assuming I am around the 2lb mark for Week 7.

Wow pretty interesting to look at the weekly weight loss.  I am guessing that 1.4lb week was in and around the time I had my little cake incident..which I still don't regret for a second.

The average weekly weight loss, excluding week 1 as that is drastically inflated due to the attack phase, I am losing around 2.5lbs per week.  FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!  That leaves me at about another 5-6 weeks until I am at my weight loss goal of 125lbs.  Dukan says I should go to 126, but I think mentally I need to get into the 125's so I can say "I weigh 125lbs".  I worry that 125 won't be enough, I don't really want to be much skinnier, and I am already much happier if I even just stopped now, but I can't imagine another 10lbs giving me the body I am invisioning.  However, 10lbs is quite drastic on someone who is 5 foot 1, so I am going to play it by ear, and hopefully be ready to stop at 125lbs. 

As I have discussed in the past, I have that roll, right under my chest I hate.  On everyday clothes you cannot see it anymore, but if I have been sitting, a crease line appears.  This morning after waking up, the line is obviously not there as I have been sleeping.  For the first time...ever, I think I can invision wearing a bikini top.  Without that crease line, I have a relatively flat stomache from the belly button up.  My main pudge is my belly right under the belly button.  I don't think I will ever get to the point where I can wear straight up bikini bottoms, I will always be a shorts over top kind of girl, so this morning, being able to invision a pair of small shorts, then a bikini top was a big step.  I still have a ways to go before that crease line doesn't exist, but MAYBE I can not sit between the time I wake up and the time I lie on the beach, just throwing it out there.  Breakfast while standing isn't that weird is it?

Today's post helped inligthen me on actual weight loss per week, hopefully I can stick to this routine and be out of the 130's in the next 4 weeks!
