Day 42 - The Dukan Diet

Current Weight: 140.0lbs!!     Lost Yesterday: .4 lbs
Total Lost:  20.2 lbs!

Breakfast:
- Yogurt & Oats

Lunch:
- 1/4 Chicken Breast

Dinner:
- 2 Hamburger Patties


YAY!!!  I have officially lost 20 pounds in 6 weeks on the Dukan Diet.  In my opinion, that is pretty stellar results.   I really didn't think I would get there this morning, but I stepped on that scale, and BAM! 140.0lbs.

Having had a PP day yesterday, I was fully under the assumption that I MIGHT lose .2lbs but having no weight loss was a reality too, since that is usually the outcome after a PP day.   It very well could having something to do with the fact that I played golf last night (only 13 holes), and having that extra exercise helped with the weight loss.

I can't blog much today, but let's just say, I am feeling fantastic, and to think another 6 weeks from now, I will likely weigh in the 120's & never look back.  I cannot wait.
