This morning I was really hoping to break into the 138's but no such luck.  If you take a look at my last 2 days, they basically have my PP days.  Both days I did have a salad with lunch, but I'm not really counting that, since lettuce is virtually like crunchy pieces of water.  I am going to have another PP day today and my weekend two days of PV.  I am almost looking at the past two days and today like a mini-attack phase even.  You generally lose weight on attack, but I don't lose much weight with PP, so I think after 2 full-days of vegetables on the weekend, I am going to see some solid weight loss numbers.  I am hoping to by passed the 138's, if not very close, by Monday morning.

The last 2 days were totally unintentional PP days.  I meant for yesterday to be a PV, but with no asparagus on-hand, & working through dinner, I only managed to eat..with my hands...the 2 chicken burgers the b/f was so kind enough to grill up for me.  This was probably for the best, since he was chowing down on some mozzarella filled sausages..what an ass.

Something else I noticed today, there are comments, people are actually reading this blog.  For some reason I am not getting notification when people comment, so I just assumed I was writing to the universe, but I have some comments.  Epic!  As I have talked about in the past, I really hope to be an inspiration for people to try this diet.  I truly fall under the addiction to food category, so if I am able to obtain these results, I hope people believe they can do it.

This weekend is going to be a doozy, we have a large annual party with a plethora of chips & snacks.  Worst time of the night:  late-night pizza delivery.  Tradition every year, and I usually manage to eat about 4-5 slices, I will have 2 then come back in snack on 1, and then do the same another time or two.   Another main problem with said delivery, pizza is the ONLY food I miss.  I don't care about the fruits, or the bread, or the delicious curly fries that haunt me everytime I open my freezer, it is the pizza.  A steaming hot pile of dough, sauce and cheese.  It is easily the one food I am confident I could live on for the rest of my life.   God...I can't wait to be 125 lbs, so I can have my celebration meal with a slice of pizza hut pizza & some breadsticks on the side.

For all you readers, let me know if you have started of thinking the diet, or thinking of starting.  Enjoy your weekend :)
