Let's talk about something I have yet to touch on - Bowel Movements (BM's for sake of this blog). I am still pretty regular considering the change in diet & I attribute it to the 2-3 litres of water I am drinking a day. Every morning, around the same time, I have a BM. On days like today, when yesterday was a Pure Protein day, I hardly have any kind of substance in my BM, but days when I have had my protein+vegetable, they are substantial. I am beginning to think these are correlated with my weight loss. As you can see, I lost no weight yesterday. I find this kind of amazing, I am almost starting to think I am not eating enough. Yesterday was an exception, I didn't have time for lunch or for dinner, but I felt like I still ate enough and I wasn't hungry. The Ham I had was dispursed over 2 sittings around 11 and 1, but it was still a substantial amount, then same goes for dinner. I felt like I had plenty to eat. I really don't know how much MORE I can eat. I am going to give the rotation another go, if not I might switch it up to 2 days protein then 2 days protein+vegetables, see if that does anything to the weight. My body feels different, and I feel like I have lost more weight than that, so I am hoping one of these days I can rock like a 1lb weight loss or something.
As for exercise, I did a lot of walking with work yesterday, but had no time extra to get that in. That could be contributing to the lack of weight lost also, but it so hard for me to find time/motivation for that extra half hour of work.
Some exciting news on a personal front yesterday: I got my real estate license! This has been a goal I have set for a while now, and I really am looking at a new career path where I can really have destiny over my path. I won't take the leap right away, but it is something I want in my back pocket. Real estate has been an interest since I was a kid. We bought our first home just after I turned 22, have renovated it & have done several flips since then. I can remember as a child looking through floorplan books searching for my perfect home. Hopefully all of this can come together in the future.
So as per last week, Day 11-13 will be recapped Monday morning. Enjoy your weekend!
