Breakfast:
-Yogurt & Oats
Lunch/Snacks:
- A lot of asparagus
- Celery
- Handful of carrots
- Cup of yogurt
Dinner:
- 1/4 Chicken Breast
So I'm sick of the 150's and it is little discouraging that I am not UNDER 150 today, as I only had .2 pounds to go. The scale is saying "EFF YOU! START EXERCISING" ! I am convinced today will be the day I will get my butt in gear. I thought today would for sure be the day when I dropped under 150. I even woke up this morning feeling really skinny. I ate like a serious serving of asparagus at lunch, but I really think having it at dinner is a better option for weight loss...it is just a guess but the days I eat it with dinner, I have a lot more weight loss then .2 lbs!
If I keep only losing .2 lbs a day, it will take me bloody months to get to my goal, so I really need to make a change with the exercise. It is the only 'prescribed' portion I am not achieving, and as I say everyday, I know I need to do it it just finding the time.
On a brighter note, my pants are beginning to almost fall off me, my arms feel a lot tighter/smaller, and overall, I just feel much more slender. I am no longer bursting out of my jeans, in fact, may be time to put on an old pair. After 2 weeks, I feel like there is a noticable difference in my appearance. A lot of people don't notice, cause I have fluctuated at this weight since last summer, once I get down another 10 is when people should (hopefully) start taking notice.
Hopefully tomorrow I can report to you a substantial weight loss & that I incorporated some exercise into my day.
