So Day 3 was better than the 2 previous days.  Having something to snack on makes a difference, but to be honest, I am still struggling.  I feel quite weak, and just nauxious a lot of time.  I have read that you need to get the carbs out of your system, but my god, do I want a slice of pizza!!  My blogger I follow said he never felt weak, or tired, etc.  I am at this point feeling those side effects.  I am going to stick out the weekend, and see how I feel.  I just am not feeling 'normal' so I wonder how long I can actually do this.  If I was on the 'stabilization phase' I don't think it would be an issue, I just want some bread-like products.

Yesterday, I found a web-site with a bunch of recipes  ( http://www.mydukandiet.com/ ).  I tried to make the Oat Bran Cookies, because they look exactly like something I wanted to have in my mouth.  Unfortunately they were gross.  Again with the textures.  It tasted really eggy, and a gross sponge-like flavour.  Also, the amount of sweetner they call for is waaaaay too much.  I felt like I was drinking the sweetner by the pack.  I look at a lot of these recipes & they have ingredients that I think are 'cheating'.  Like I have no idea if I can actually use baking powder, baking soda, starch, it feels like it is cheating.  The pictures on the web-site look soooo damn good.  I think I will give the "Lemon Muffins" a go this weekend, but I have a feeling they will turn out the same.

So far, I am happy with the weight loss.  Sitting at a consistent 1.6 pounds the last three days.  That is obviously going to slow down, but I just want to break that 150 mark.  It has been a doozy for me to get there since I went over it, so that is my main motivation.  And the fact we are going on a vacation to the Dominican in 4 months!

Yikes.  Hopefully I can hold up...my mind is likely playing tricks on me right now...see how my pure protein day 4 goes.
