Day 7 - The Dukan Diet

....I rushed outta the house this morning since I had to drive into Toronto, and since I was late, I forgot to do my weight.  Recap tomorrow.

Breakfast:
Usual Yogurt & Oats

Snacks:
-Celery sticks & a bit of carrots

Lunch:
-Quarter Chicken Breast with vegetable sides

Dinner:
-Beef Roast, with a whole bunch of French Green Beans, and Brocoli. 

One thing I am struggling with is the required exercise.  I do walk for my job, and I think if you added up the amount of walking I do a day, it would be more than 30 minutes.  The problem: I am still dealing with extreme tired-ness.  I just want to sit, I have no energy to move.  Even my legs feel empty, when I am walking it is at a slow pace because they feel pretty empty.  I am sure this is going to turn around, I can't see this being a premanent side effect.

I didn't eat much yesterday I think because I was tired.  After dinner I kinda relaxed, and was too tired to think about eating more.  Waking up this morning, I was still sooo tired, and I got a comfortable 8 hours last night.  My beef is the damn alarm clock, waking up to it automatically puts me in a tired state.  Tonight my boyfriend has a baseball game....at 9 p.m....45 minutes away.  My bags under my eyes are telling me to skip it, and go to bed at 7 p.m., but I just can't do that.  I pride myself in being there, plus I am the score keeper, so I can't let the team down!

I am going to try and take a nap tonight, to maybe catch an extra hour or two, hopefully I wake up feeling more alive tomorrow.
