So I started the diet yesterday. My recap of Day 1 will follow this post.
I wanted to do some stats, and measurements so I can accurately account where I started and my progress. Thanks to a weekend of heavy eating & my "last meals" yesterday, I gained almost 3 pounds since last week. I guess knowing you are starting a diet, and going crazy before then, isn't always worth it.
STATS
Weight: 160.2 lbs
Thigh: 24 Inches (This is the number I want to see most changed)
Hips: 40 Inches
Waist: 36 Inches
Chest: 38.5 Inches
Arm: 11.5 Inches
Neck: 14.5 Inches
According to the Dukan Web-site, my Ideal Weight is 125 pounds, which leaves me with 35.2 pounds that I must lose. Below are the time frames I need to follow to reach & maintain my goal weight
Attack Phase: 2 Days
Cruise Phase: 109 Days (October 26, 2010)
Stabilization Phase: 156 Days (March 21, 2011)
I feel like I can get through the cruise phase faster than 109 days. My Friends Mom whom I spoke of in my first post, lost 25 pounds in 50 days. The Blogger I follow lost 32 pounds in 67 Days. Looking at these numbers, it is safe to say you lose about half a pound, every day. Obviously some days will be higher, others lower, but I am going to shoot to reach my 125 pounds in 75 Days. That brings me to September 20th. I feel like this is achievable, and really not THAT far away. Even if it takes me until the end of October, being 125 pounds is something I have never been able to achieve.
So let the journey to 125 pounds begin.
p.s. I will be taking pictures of myself but since I am still that fat person in the current pictures, I won't be posting any sort of Before/After photo's until I am at least 140 pounds.
